You have a working process and don’t want it disrupted. You want it to get smarter. We embed AI inside what already runs, not around it.
How an engagement runs.
→ Scope
One to two weeks. We dig into the problem, talk to operators, look at your data. Deliverable: a written problem definition and proposed solution with a fixed-fee estimate. Low cost, no commitment to continue.
→ Build
Four to twelve weeks, depending on scope. Fixed scope, fixed fee, regular checkpoints. You see working software at the end of every phase, not at the end.
→ Handoff
Documentation, operator training, and a clear plan for what happens next. We don’t disappear at delivery. There’s a defined support window built into every engagement.
Who custom is for.
A good fit
You’re a head of operations, COO, or technical lead at a company where operational complexity is the actual advantage. You have a problem that’s specific enough to be unsolvable with a generic product, but contained enough to build for. You can point to the workflow on a whiteboard.
Logistics is our primary vertical. We also work with adjacent complex-operations industries.
Not a good fit
We don’t build generic chatbots, content marketing tools, or AI features bolted onto existing SaaS products. We don’t take on multi-year platform builds or open-ended discovery engagements. We don’t do staff augmentation.
If your problem is “we want to use AI somewhere” rather than a specific operational gap, we’re not the right team.
